Huh... a couple of interesting torsos I hadn't seen. The one in the Legoland Water Park is cute, but the one from the promotional rickshaw set is particularly interesting because it doesn't seem like the kind of set that'd typically get a new torso print. The design seems similar to Sensei Wu's torsos from previous Ninjago sets, so maybe its a torso for a future version of him that ended up in this promo set before the set it was made for came out?

Element ID: 6307892, MINI SACK W. 3.2 SHAFT in White was already in Build-a-minifigure stations in Lego Stores about a year and a half ago. So while it is new in official sets, it's not totally new.
