What new LEGO® pieces were released in September 2021?

TobyMac (on Rebrickable) has created a list showing all 262 new LEGO® elements added in September 2021, with links to which sets they come in so you can check for the ones you might be interested in.

There are some interesting new elements to be found; here's what caught the eyes of the New Elementary team:

There are a whopping 41 recolours in Light Royal Blue/ Bright Light Blue thanks to the release of the Fiat 500 in a new colour.
The 76391 Hogwarts Icons Collectors Edition brings a load of new elements. Read our review by Tom Loftus.
There are recolours of the Bar Holder 44873 and 72869.
There seems to be a mould update for the Window 1 x 2 x 2 with design ID 60592. TobyMac has ordered them to see if they are different from the original.
A load of new Minifigure parts are introduced in the Marvel CMFs. But the best elements from this series are the Baby Alligator and Throg! (Throg has a dummy EID for now).
Caz Mockett, meanwhile, is in love with the 2 new baby dinos.
Alex Campos is very happy with all the new PoweredUp parts coming with the new SPIKE expansions, especially the light matrix (6275773|47592) and the small angular motor (6305270|68488).
TobyMac loves the new Microdolls in the Friends Advent Calendar 2021. And Baby Yoda / Grogu in an ugly Christmas sweater is the highlight of this month. It will make a great addition to his baby collection:

As usual we have split up the list into 4 major groups:

New Moulds - Elements that are new shapes (or existing ones that have been amended in some way).
Recolours - Existing elements that have been colour-changed.
New Prints - Elements that have a never-before-seen printed decoration. Note, if a new printed is also a New Mould or a Recolour, it will appear in those groups rather than in New Prints.
Potentially New Moulds - Sometimes, LEGO releases elements that appear to be the same as an older element, but assign them a new Design ID. This usually means LEGO has updated the mould. This can be a small change that has no influence on the element's functionality – in which case, Rebrickable merge the new element with the older one. But it can mean a larger change that alters the functionality of the part – in this case, Rebrickable consider it to be a separate element and it gets its own listing.

Within each of the 4 groupings, we continue to divide elements by their category.
