LEGO® House have just released details of their 2025 exclusive set, 40506 LEGO® Fabuland® Tribute, available only in their shop in Billund, Denmark from March 2025. This children's theme that ran from 1979 to 1989 is greatly loved by LEGO fans of all ages, so we expect this exclusive set will prove popular.
We saw the set in September 2024 at Fan Media Days and finally we can show you those pictures! Edward Elephant, Joe Crow, Dr Lucy Lamb and Clive Crocodile have formed a band and are playing by a tree.

LEGO Senior Designer Markus Rollbühler developed this set from LEGO House Master Builder Stuart Harris's design and they were both on hand at Fan Media Days to talk us through it, as well as Signe from LEGO Archive. However, you can experience the same thing if you can get to Denmark: there will be launch events where visitors can hear the story behind the product from the designers and corporate historians. Tickets for these events should now available, in limited quantities—please visit the LEGO® House Exclusive page for more details.
The set includes a printed tile with a beautiful illustration by LEGO House Associate Master Builder, Dídac Pérez Soriano. Above you see a version of the design somewhat larger than the 4x4 included in the set – this was a slide on the big screen at Fan Media Days!
Above left is the prior sketch by Dídac, and to the right is a discarded idea.
Speaking of discarded ideas, Stuart also shared some of the earlier ideas for the model itself.
Nor did the iconic vacuum cleaner, which makes sense, given the musical theme of the final product. The blue and grey model is Stuart's accordion; rebuilt much smaller by Markus for the final set.
Stuart also brought along his version of the model before Markus took over development. Plenty of differences for you to spot and enjoy!
Especially when you take a peep around the back of the tree. Can you guess which version is Stuart's ad which is Markus' far more stable final version?

I don't think the photo tile is printed, the promo shots (even on the box) have the sticker outline.
