Terms and Conditions of Entry

  1. This contest is open to anyone 18 years or older (at time of entry) except regular contributors to New Elementary, judges, and their families. 
  2. We are unable to deliver prizes to Russia, Sudan and Iran due to service limitations by Australia Post.
  3. The creation must be the original work of the entrant. 
  4. The creation must be made for the contest i.e. not published online prior to the contest start date.
  5. The competition opened on Friday 25 October 2024 and will close at 11.59pm UTC on Sunday 1 December 2024 - check your local time equivalent here. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  6. The creation can be a physical or digital LEGO build. 
  7. Entrants may enter as many times as they like. 
  8. If multiple models built by the same person are chosen by the judges as winning entries, the entrant will win multiple prizes.
  9. Judging will commence after the competition has closed. 
  10. All entries, including the entrants' names / nicknames provided, will be published on newelementary.com. Information on how New Elementary will use the data you provide is described within the questions on the entry form. For New Elementary's website privacy notice, click here.
  11. Some entries will also be published on New Elementary's social feeds on Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky and Threads.
  12. Winners will be announced on newelementary.com and New Elementary's social feeds on Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky and Threads.
  13. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Prize fulfilment will be handled by New Elementary.
  15. Winners will be contacted by New Elementary on the email address they supplied on the entry form to arrange delivery of the prizes. If no response is received from a winner within 30 days of contact, their prize may be forfeited.
  16. Prizes are as follows. 
    1. There will be five (5) first prizes each comprising one (1) product: LEGO® Fortnite set 77072 Peely Bone
    2. There will be one (1) second prize comprising two (2) products: LEGO Fortnite sets 77071 Supply Llama & 77070 Durrr Burger
    3. There will be one (1) third prize comprising one (1) product: LEGO Fortnite set 77071 Supply Llama
  17. No cash alternatives are available.
