Pick a Brick: update on new parts additions, and future enhancements

This weekend, the huge LEGO® fan event Bricktastic takes place in Manchester, UK (not too late to get tickets!) and among the many attendees, the LEGO.com Pick a Brick team are in attendance all weekend. 

One of the display items on their table is this collection of elements, which are from sets released in October, November and December 2024. These are the next elements that will be added to the Pick a Brick service. However, this will not happen in March 2025 as expected: the team have taken the decision to halt adding new pieces for the time being. 

Read on for the details, as well as some good news: information from the Pick a Brick presentation they gave today detailing exciting enhancements to the service for 2025!

February 2025 LEGO® Gifts with Purchase from 17th to 28th

Which Gifts with Purchase (GwP) are available in February 2025, and are there any other offers or deals available at LEGO.com? With the announcement that the Classic Space GwP 40712 Micro Rocket Launch Pad is available again in Australia and New Zealand, we've updated this page with all of the details! 

Europe also get a returning GwP, 40586 Moving Truck, at a higher threshold, which is only at LEGO.com online.

Then there are three GwPs available worldwide, which are all polybags and have the same threshold to qualify. It is a relatively low threshold this time – US$40/ CA$50/ £35/ AU$65/ NZ$70/ €40 – however each GwP is tied to purchases of particular themes: LEGO® City, LEGO® Creator 3in1, LEGO® Friends and LEGO® | Disney Princess.

Double LEGO® Insiders Points and rainforest gift with purchase ending Wednesday

If you haven't yet taken advantage of the current double points promotion on LEGO.com, it finishes at the end of Wednesday 12 February 2025! LEGO® Insiders can earn 2x VIP points on every purchase, which is perfect if you are yet to pick up any January or February sets you've had your eye on. 

It applies to pre-orders too, which is uncommon for these promotions nowadays, so if you have your eyes on LEGO® Architecture 21062 Trevi Fountain or LEGO® Art 31215 Vincent Van Gogh – Sunflowers, consider using this promotion to earn double points.

LEGO® Pick a Brick: new elements added in February 2025

LEGO® Pick a Brick (PaB) have added new elements to the service. These are pieces from sets released in October 2024.

Given people are still waiting for October 2024 orders, we understand why many of you will not be ordering anything, but we will continue publishing these lists in the meantime. We have no further update from the Pick a Brick team, so we assume the situation the explained last month is still the case.

LEGO® Pick a Brick (PaB) have added new elements to the service. These are pieces from sets released in September 2024.

This is despite their backlog of orders, which we understand from many readers is now exceeding the delivery times shown on the site. We have an update from the Pick a Brick team: continue reading to see it.

January 2025 LEGO® sets and their best new parts

We've heard estimates of the number of new products going online at midnight that range from 150 to 225 SKUs! So New Year's Eve is a great day to research your first-day purchases.

Pick a Brick: Standard service paused in North America – and obsolete elsewhere

 In what is surely our final update on LEGO® Pick a Brick for 2024, we have been informed that the service has temporarily paused "Standard" elements in the US and Canada over the holiday period as usual. However, "Bestseller" elements remain fully operational, with over 4000 elements available with fast delivery. 

Canada: note that they are temporarily unable to ship orders to certain rural areas due to the ongoing disruptions with Canada Post.

In Europe, Australia and New Zealand, there’s no change because everything is now available through the Bestseller service! There is one change though: you will see that the site has been updated to completely remove this Bestseller/Standard distinction. Hooray! A great and symbolic end to an incredible year of improvements from the Pick a Brick team. Can't wait to see what 2025 brings!

Pick a Brick: Black Friday 2024 price cuts

To everyone’s surprise, the biggest discounts on LEGO.com this Black Friday are on Pick a Brick! And only New Elementary has the list of what is discounted – you can’t even find this info on Pick a Brick itself. They don't show their sale prices, they simply change the price.

In addition to some discounts of up to 77% that already went live earlier in November, LEGO® Pick a Brick are also reduced their prices on Black Friday on a few hundred more popular elements from the “Last Chance” list of pieces, which are due to be deleted from the service on 3 December 2024.

The development team at LEGO® Pick a Brick have released another awesome update to the service that LEGO builders have been asking for: you can now download a list of the elements in your shopping cart.

LEGO® Pick a Brick: element removal and addition for November/December 2024

It's coming to that time of year when LEGO® Pick a Brick remove thousands of elements from the service, and today we have that list – as well as a very small list of new elements added on Tuesday 29 October 2024.

Gift with Purchase update for late October and early November

A new Gift with Purchase, Books Are My Passion, begins Monday 28 October 2024 and there are more GwP offers from Friday 1 November.

Pick a Brick: new upload feature now live in North America

LEGO® Pick a Brick have added a wonderful new feature to the platform today, only in the USA and Canada as a beta test. You can now upload a file with the IDs and quantities of your desired pieces, then add them to your cart in one click!

Bakery GwP and LEGO® Insiders double points from 15 October 2024

Starting from midnight tonight Tuesday 15 October 2024, LEGO® Insiders get double points on purchases until end Sunday 20 October! There are also new Gifts with Purchase (GwPs) until 25 October, including some for all shoppers.

LEGO® Pick a Brick improvements in Europe, Australia and New Zealand

As a result of more warehouse space in Poland, LEGO® Pick a Brick have just made a massive upgrade to the platform (but not in North America, which remains the same, as it is not served by the Polish facility).

In Europe, Australia and New Zealand, all "Standard" elements are in the process of being moved to "Bestseller" and soon there will be no more Standard elements. There is no concrete information as to whether the same changes will happen in North America in the future.

LEGO® Pick a Brick: new elements in October 2024

New LEGO® pieces from June 2024 sets were added to LEGO® Pick a Brick on Wednesday, 9 October and we have the full list for you.

It's a massive list of nearly 900 new moulds and recoloured, printed and returning pieces from one of the biggest months of the year, so there's bound to be a bunch of stuff to add to your parts collection.
